1.Standard Delivery Charges

1.1 All orders over £50 (Excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Orders under this value will incur a delivery charge of £10.

1.2 Remote area delivery's and delivery's to all highlands and islands will be subject to additional delivery charges calculated on receipt of your order.

1.3 Delivery is to main land UK only.

1.4 All delivery's are to kerb side and do not include unpacking.

2. Delivery Restrictions

2.1 Prior to dispatch we must be made aware of any restrictions that may affect the delivery in any way, such as access limitations, weight limits or pedestrian zones, narrow or low bridges. Please contact our office on 01132 874448 before delivery.

2.2 failure to do so may incur extra charges and cause the delivery to be aborted.

3. Delivery time

3.1 Standard delivery's are between the hours of 7.30 am and 6.30 pm on a normal working day (Monday-Friday)

3.2 Delivery lead times may vary dependent upon the manufacturer and product.

3.3 All delivery times quoted are based on orders being placed before 12.00 pm (midday) Monday to Friday.

3.4 Orders placed after this time may fall into the next relevant working day.

3.5 All delivery times are subject to stock availability.

3.6 Timed delivery's and weekend delivery's may be available at an extra delivery charge and we will always try to accommodate when possible, please call this office on 01132 874448 for further information.

4. Special delivery options

4.1 For urgent delivery's please contact the sales office on 01132 874448.

4.2 Disposal and removal of old appliances may be available at an extra cost. Please contact this office.

5. When ordering large items

5.1 Delivery as standard for all orders is to the kerb side at ground floor level.

5.2 Larger or heavy items may be delivered on a crate or pallet and the responsibility is with the purchaser to move delivery to their site or premises- an unpack and position service may be available at extra cost, please contact our customer service department for further details prior to placing your order.

5.3 All dimensions shown for products on this website are for the unit itself and do not include packaging, unless otherwise stated.

6.1 All delivery's should be checked upon receipt and before you sign the delivery note.

6.2 Any goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for, should any issues arise due to damage.

6.3 Any failed delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.
